Three angular towers reach up into the sky, piercing the cloud-smoke and make the Telepathica an excellent landmark to reach the centre of Vaedominus, when the streets align correctly and you can see it above the other looming blocks around the districts.
Approaching the towers gives you that sense of unease that most people get when approaching any concentration of warp energy, but this is tinged with a further sense of wrongness. Dark tendrils, invisible from a distance but unavoidable close up, reach from out of the ground and entwine each of the towers. Entering inside the towers reveals a network of these reaching all the way to the upper levels.
In each of the three towers, you find a cluster of astropaths hardwired into the structures, contained and restrained by these dark tendrils that slowly pulse with disconcerting energy.
The light of the astronomicum appears to not be completely reaching Felgate at the moment, as if the world is occluded by an eclipse of undefined warp energy. With a little time, you may be able to send communications off world to call for further reinforcements.
